Rogue army with Drycha lord

I have been encountering rogue army off shoots that have a drycha lord, specifically occuring after declaring war against an army holding a book of nagash, after losing a battle against them they will spawn other armies some with a lord that bears drycha's model and icon but is unanimated in combat. was playing as the court of lybaras both times. i also have screenshots of it.
