Sound Lagging on 3K

Hi everyone 
Got already 136.4 Hours in game since December , and i am starting to get seriously annoyed with Sound lagg ( in campaign map and battle ) .
Using some mods (never had issues with them ) and using sound settings on 24bits 48mhz on windows 10 - 7.1 discrete in game settings with "Balanced " quality .
Basically it's stuttering and sound lag .
Would really appreciate some helpand/or advice
