I get 12 frames with massive stuttering which persists on the main menu I can't even watch the cinematic that plays after you launch the game. Keep in mind I'm trying to play the game at 1080p on low settings at most getting 22 fps in the benchmarks. My system is running a rtx 2070, a Amd 5800x, a 1 tb nvme ssd, and 32 gigs of ram at 3600 mhz. I literally almost cried when I realized I've waited so long and been so hyped yet I can't even play the sequel to my favorite most played game.

I also had this issue, disabling auto-boost on razer cortex solved it for me.

That fixed it I'm getting a stable 60 fps on both the campaign and battlefield! Thank you!!
