[Game Pass] Momentary Freezes Everytime Mouse STARTS Moving

The thread title is pretty descriptive.

May it be the title screen or campaign map or battlefield, as soon as i move mouse in any direction the screen freezes and what you see on screen resumes when your cursor stops moving.

My specs are:

R9 5900X
RTX 3080
16 GB RAM
Windows 11

Anybody having similar issues?
