playing as kathay and kislev on ultra unit scale, my units clip through the terrain while deploying them and during battle, in some spots they're completely underground.

I have the same issue but with every faction I have tried. The game runs well but the units are clipping through the terrain to the point where I couldn't even seen a great unclean one !

well replicating is easy af just play a custom battle with a amd gpu every 1 i know who has this bug has a amd gpu including myself

I had the same problem, but I managed to fix it by tweaking AMD settings.

Open adrenaline > Games > TW:WH3 > Advanced > Tessellation Mode: Override Program > 64x

Setting the tesselation level to x64 while overriding app settings in AMD settings then restarting the game solved it for me.

Units were not only going underground but also sometimes flying above it, misplaced hills.

I can also confirm that this solved the issue for me with a 6950 XT (driver 22.10.2), game version 2.2.1
