Singlplayer dont WORK but multi yes

i cant start game singl or prolog but i can play with everyone on multi when i start campaning game normaly loading but after all the scenes the game shuts down

I have the same problem!! Single battles work. Prologue, campaign don't work. I see the scenes but then CTD.
I did all that was mentioned in different articles. It does not work.
