Saved my Daemon Prince, but not in Multiplayer

Hey, quick question. So I saved my custom Daemon Prince in a single player Chaos Undivided campaign, and it acknowledged that it saved. But when I go to make either an AI or custom non ranked mutliplayer fight, I don't have access to the character. I set the Character Loading option to ON, but I still can't access my character? Do I need to finish the campaign for it to work, or is it most likely a bug that just hasn't been fixed yet?
