Sounds cutting out in battle

Part way into any campaign or skirmish battle, audio starts to cut out, mostly the voice lines of generals, heroes, and units. This then causes the game to freeze and occasionally crashed. I've made sure all my drivers are up to date, verified the integrity of my game files, etc etc, attached is my dxdiag.
