Known IssueAchievement "Celestial City Secured" bugged

Good morning,

I am playing as the "Oracles of Tzeentch" faction and was awarded the "Celestial City Secured" achievement after occupying it with Kairos Fateweaver.
The description of the achievement says "Playing as Cathay, occupy Wei-Jin.". So either the achievement is bugged or Tzeentch has tricked the software into awarding me the achievement nontheless.

Meanhile it doesn't work for me when I'm playing as Cathay and have occupied Wei-Jin myself
