In ProgressOgres 'Fill Yer Bellies' offering only working turn used

Hi, in my Ogres campaign the Great Maw offering Fill Yer Bellies has currently only worked on the turn activated. I used the offering and recruited 3 Man Eaters via Global in 1 turn. Next turn the recruitment time is back to 2 turns but the offering has 9 turns remaining (same for subsequent turns). The Lord affected is currently is Ogrekiller Grendal and save file attached.
