Game crashes mid loading screen after auto resolving Dark prince realm final battle

I'm playing on PC steam platform.
The game crashes during loading screen
This is on legendary so I don't have any other save files and I've put in many hours into it
I believe I attached all the necessary files.
Please help me
This was my 9th attempt at L/VH with Katarin and this was the best run I've had so far...

I tried verifying the game files on steam
and still game crashes during loading screen.
Loading bar always stop 1/5th of the way and crashes at the same spot on the loading bar
