In ProgressNo event dialog after retreat into teleport marker during turn end.

I chose to retreat from Tzeentch armies in the Tzeentch realm during a turn end. My army happened to retreat into a teleport marker and got teleported. No event dialog appeared after this however. Which causes some UI elements to be disabled. The end turn button displays the message "Dismiss all advice and related events ..." on hover.
