Consistent multiplayer crashes

Tried playing multiple campaigns with different people, all resulted in seemingly random crashes beginning from turn 7. Usually the game freezes and crashes after AIs make their turns, but sometimes it happens when I click any button (diplomacy, closing event, etc.). Once or twice the game crashed while loading campaign save after first crash.

In singleplayer everything runs smoothly.

Similar issue happening with us. 3 players on turn 7 someone will drop / lose connection from the game. Was happening prior to 1.01 patch as well.

This happened to me also, everytime me and my friend are trying to play coop around turn 7-11 it just crashes. If we reload it takes a couple of turns and it crushes again, it s unplayable. Singleplayer is flawless, but coop, not at all. We are both on steam
