Crashes at end of AI turn in multiplayer game

Playing multiplayer with friend and the game crashes around turn 7 no matter what we do.
playing with kostaltyn when I am playing solo there are no crashes.
The game crashes at the end of ai turn, only for me, my friend receives a message that a player disconnected.
multiplayer save file and dump attached, changed the filetype of multiplayer file from .save_multiplayer to .save since It didn't allow to upload otherwise.
