Hello. I have a problem because I can't access online content in Warhammer 1 which I recently got from Epic.
When i start the game everything is normal but the game i think believes i am offline. I started the game a view times and restarted PC. My checksum is the normal one and i dont use any DLC.

If none of this helps, you can submit a ticket there.

Edit: a new patch has just been released - it might be worth trying that first.

I am having the exact same issue. I just want to play co-op campaign with my friend, is there a fix to this, or any multiplayer alternative?
I've tried clearing Epic Games cache, updating Epic Games with a new installer, making exceptions in firewall, launching both Epic and Total War (Epic works fine, Total War won't launch as admin), verifying the game files through Epic Games and god knows what else, I canť remember.
Willing to go through any of these steps again with assistance, just to get my game running.

I see you mention a patch, are you sure it's for Total War : Warhammer 1 and if so, where can I find it?

Running on Windows 11, I figured that may have to do something with something.

It turned out that the patch for Warhammer 1 was only a Steam launcher patch.
If your happy to go through the steps again it would be best to do so with someone from tech support at the link in my previous post.

Lovely! I've done those, yet unfortunately they didn't work for me.
It seems to be somewhat an internet issue, 'cause I can't host any games nor join them.
