Known IssueAllies turn hostile after loading campaign game

Playing the Slaanesh campaign I have 2 defensive alliances. While playing everything is fine. Loading a saved game after a certain turn (95 in my case) both allies turn hostile and declare war. Or more precisely: Have declared war. I can see this in the notifications but this happens only by loading the game, never by actually playing and ending a turn.

The most notable thing that happens is the confederation of the Kislev factions. Other than that nothing special seems to happen.

I attached some files.
safe95.952963220781.save is the last saved game that actually works. After that it breaks.
