In ProgressGame Crash on Turn after Epilogue event

I finished the Battle at the Forge of Souls with Daniel the God-Slayer and tried to continue since I want to do a bit of map painting in this save. Unfortunately, the game crashes on the start of turn 138. Turn 137 is when the Epilogue event text box appears, I hit end turn, the game cycles through all the factions, and then crashes after the last one has moved.

Just tried this and it made no difference unfortunately. Do you want the mini dump file from this adding to the post?
