User Info RequiredMultiplayer issue [Steam platform]

Hello everyone,

I want to play Total War Warhammer 3 with my friends but one of us meets an unexpected issue. All of us have the game on Steam.

When he launches the game, he cannot connect to the online experience. All features are grey and the game says a message like : "Cannot connect to Online, check your connection". We tried :
- Launch another game on Steam, online feature is available.
- Check files, issue persists
- Reinstall game, not better
- Try to reinstall Xbox Game pass (Same issue)
- Log says nothing about that
- Check version, we have the same

We didn't find a resolution or a workaround, can you please help us ?

If you have this issue, submit a ticket with CA and give them your steam ID. worked for me and they resolved it shortly after. Hope this helps
