Total War Warhammer 2 Best Starting Factions?

So after a long time of playing this game I've started recommending them to friends and have had quite a few of them ask about best starting factions. In the meantime, I've written my own list of the ones I think are the best to start with but it could be biased considering my playstyle. So I gotta ask, what do you find to be the best starting faction in the game?
