Me and hundreds of players are sending you this bug. And after HALF A YEAR you cannot fix this bug?!
It's literally killing this faction in the game. Fix it. It shouldn't be a problem.
If you have normal code and not a mess this should fix it: >4400 should be >=4400.
I hope that you can fix this bug before 2030 because right now it looks like it.
