In Progresscan't reclaim cathey artillery when crew leave them

when cathey artillery get attacked they sometimes leave their artillery piece but it is shown as still under control. so you cannot reclaim them nor use them.

i didn't saved any replay since to happened everytime cathey artillery got attacked and the crew left their artillery pieces on their own. same when my friend played with them. (was on domination gamemode, mulitplayer). so i thought the issue was already easily reproducible.

both cathey canons and rocket battery have this issue.

i'll add that when that happens, when you mouse over the units both the crew and the artillery piece are highlithed but only the crew can move and attack as if they have decrewed.
