User Info RequiredWindowed mode looks very blurry

Hello,
I can only play this game in windowed mode. The resolution of the windowed mode goes to a maximum of 1536x864 while the resolution of the fullscreen mode goes to a maximum of 1920x1080. Windowed mode is very blurry for some reason. I tried a bunch of techniques but they all failed. Please help.

Yes, I am not getting resolution options above 1536x864 in windowed mode.

When it is windowed, everything is incredibly blurry, like everything is zoomed in and literally unplayable.

I can not get 1920x1080 or 1600x900 in windowed mode. It sets 1536x864 as the greatest resolution.
