User Info Requiredforge of souls bug

I'm playing as Kislev in legendary, very hard difficulty, I got the 4 souls but I never got the quest to fight belakor, the only quest that I have is to intercept skarbrand at the forge of souls, but when I click at a rift it doesn't show anything related to the forge of souls
