Crash on launch

So I have TW: Three Kingdoms through the Xbox Game Pass for PC. I have no mods. When I select play, the launcher starts. I select play again, and Task Manager says that the program is running in the background, but it never actually comes up. I can do this several more times & have several instances of the game running in the background, but again, none of them actually come up. I have also gone to the .exe file and ran the game as admin, but that did not help.

I do not have a version number, or any of the other in-game information requested in the sticked comment, because I haven't been able to actually open up the game yet.

My specs are:
OS: Windows 11
Processor: 11 gen Intel i7-11700F @ 2.5 GHZ.
RAM: 64 GB
VC: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060

Does anyone have any ideas for how I could get this to work? I'm updating my drivers now, but that's the last idea I had.

I have updated my drivers but I'm still having the same issue. Attached is a screenshot showing that the game is running in the background of task manager, but not opening up.
