New Vilitch (In AoS he's just called the curseling now) model incoming for aos. Vilitch seems incredibly likely for the Champions of Chaos DLC at this point.

Is he? I can understand why people want to draw fine threats of "OMG AoS has X so TWW must get it too", but as you point out yourself: There is no Vilitch in AoS. He is degraded to not even being a special char. His miniature, old or new, is just used for a generic Leader choice. Making a new miniature


with minor changes to sword and armor is feeling more like an insult at this point. Or a very lazy attempt from GW to have something "not new" new.


Villitchs chances for TWW are imo still the same as last week or the day Sigvald was revealed for WoC.

It's actually a generic character so this model isn't Vilitch. Vilitch is supposedly alive, somewhere in AoS but somehow they decided to make the Curselings a generic thing which is quite weird imo.

Well, yes, technically. But it is a remake of Vilitch's old model. Also Villitch is and always had been known as "the curseling", and thus would probably look similar to a generic curseling anyway.

It didn't for Be'lakor. My assumption is that Villitch would use his WHFB model, and not this new Curseling.

Well Eltharion obviously used his old model when we had this exact same situation... but that's a little different.

I like the more slender look. Every WoC model back in the day seemed to have that stocky-square gait and proportion, I think going in a different direction fits.

A bit odd. But I guess "Curseling" became something of a thing now. Like a rank or class within Tzeentch's hierarchy the same way Beastmasters are a thing in Dark Elf or Glade Captains are for Wood Elf.

I don't think there was any doubt we'd get Vilitch first anyway. CA usually brings the 8th edition characters first which is what Vilitch is.

Thomil looks larger in the older one. I think the new one is more detailed but still prefer how the old one is a much larger warrior
