When you make a formation box for your unit, and let's say you send them 1000m from where they are, instead of getting into that formation, the unit basically behaves in a way that it breaks its formation, and some soldiers start lagging behind others, and then they form a formation that you want but only when they are about to reach the target. They should make that formation instantly and then go toward where you sent them in the same formation.
