Siege strongholds should not be taken while there are defenders in the stronghold.

If there is someone in the defensive position, this point cannot be taken up. It is only reasonable to drive out the troops or kill the troops to occupy the point.
In Total War WARHAMMER III, I often fail to defend the city when the troops are strong but the number of them is smaller than the opponent. If I focus on fighting, I can win. This makes me very sad.
