CA, please allow us to change our capital city

In the recent starting locations reveals, alot of LLs, like Greasus, Azhag and Zhao, have been revealed to start in a settlement next to their official big city in the lore. I imagine they would have an early game quest to take these cities back, but that would still leave them with a no-name minor settlement as their capital for the rest of the game. Please CA, add a way to change the official capital to the appropriate lore one, once it is captured. Or alternatively, move these LLs one settlement to the side to the one that is actually related to them. I doubt it will damage their gameplay in any way...
