Blood God realm bug

I'm running 1.3.2 version off of Steam. On the first turn Tzeentch had in the Blood god realm he started with 171K out of 225K already filled. I'm on Hard campaign and hard battle difficulty, with Katarin. Not sure if the AI has a bonus going in, but this seems decidedly unfair to already have 3/4 of the amount needed before even fighting one battle in the realm.
