Great Hunt Stance Bug (Stuck Army Fatigue)

I have used the Great Hunt Stance of The Griffin Patriarch in Ajax's army for around 2-3 turns then its been 20 or 30 turns already Ajax's Army has been stuck with the Great Hunt Stance army exhaustion effect. Isn't the effect supposed to be not permament I have tried removing the Griffin Patriarch from the army but its still taking effect as what is being shown in the image.
