Fix Napoleon Total War

Please fix or at least update us on the progress of a fix for Napoleon Total War. You well know that many people cannot even launch the game, particularly with 12th gen processors. Some people with older processors are also having the same issue. An update on the progress of fixing this is the bare minimum that we should expect given that this game is still being sold on platforms like steam when this is a known issue. "investigating" the issue for the last 6 months isn't really good enough.

I am amazed that this problem has not been addressed appropriately. This game is being sold today on Steam ... and they know the game is not working with 12th gen processors. That is flat out wrong.

In additiion, there is no communication acknowledging the problem, no commitment to fix the problem, and no message clearly displayed on the Steam site warning customers of the problem.

Looks like a breakdown in ethics with this company ...
