Hello,

I have a problem that I hope you can help me with. I've been a CA fan for many years, and own almost all your games. I've been playing since the original Rome Total War came out, and have followed you since then. I love Total War: Shogun 2 the most - it's my most played game on Steam with over 1300 hours and I've been trying on and off for years to get all the achievements. I only have one left to get, but at the time of writing it's not possible to unlock it.
The achievement I need is the "Achieve Rank 1 on the Multiplayer Shogun Ladder" achievement. I've been trying to get this legitimately, but the leaderboard is broken. Currently I have a 6 win streak online (which isn't updating) and a 72% winrate from over 500 games - but I have a 0 skill rating and am ranked number 87320.
Meanwhile there is a player who is number 90 on the leaderboard who has 0 wins and 1 loss, with a skill rating of 104. This shows how the leaderboard isn't working. I've included some screenshots as evidence of my record and of how broken the leaderboard appears to be.

I am desperate to get this last achievement unlocked and have been trying to do it legitimately for years, but it isn't possible. So my request is this - can you unlock this achievement for me? If you feel like I haven't earned it I would gladly play a match against your devs or something to that effect to show that I deserve it. Or if you have another solution I would be glad to hear it.
Please help me with this. I would be eternally grateful.
