"The Frozen Falls" and unlocking Boris Ursus

I just bought the game recently and was trying to unlock Boris in my first campaign. I completed the requirements to start "The Frozen Falls" quest, finished the quest, and gave Boris Erengard. I realized I didn't get the achievement "The Battle for Bokha" and checked the main menu to see if Boris was in the Kislev roster and was surprised to not find him. I checked the forums to find a solution but haven't found one.

Same. The Battle for Bokha didn't activated. Got 3 cities, even nothing apearing. Now I deleted all 100+ turn capmaigns, cheking game files and try again :(

Same. I've already won the quest battle for boris, but didn't get the achievement.

If i remember correctly, probably because in that time, i kinda in "play offline mode" on total war launcher because my internet was disabled at first. But when the internet came back, i've already go online again on steam. Unfortunately, the warhammer 3 is still playing on the background, so the launcher MAYBE not read that i'm online. So the achievement isn't read that i've already done the quest
