Multiplayer statistic servers not working and CA ignoring the problem for more than a year.

Multiplayer clan campaign map and Shogun leaderboard stats are not refreshing.
Now it's impossible to obtain "Stranglehold" and "There Can Be Only One" achievements as they're tied to CA's stat servers
