These are the settings I have available. I am on Epic Game Store. The Blood DLC is in my addons, and the store page confirms I own it. Unlike Steam, EGS doesn't allow the activation or deactivation of DLCs, everything is always active, at least for TW3.

I have the same issue. Is not fixd yet. Please help im on EPIC too.

I opened a ticket to solve it but the answer was.. this:

Dear Lucas,

Thank you for contacting SEGA Support.

Could you please check if the DLC has been activated?

To do so, follow these steps:

1. Open Epic Games Launcher
2. Go to your Library
3. navigate to the game
4. click on the tree dots
5. select "Manage DLC"

There your DLC´s should be visible. To activate them, move the slider to the right.

The problem is THERE IS NO MANAGE DLC OR SLIDERS on EPIC.
All other dlcs from TWH3 and from previous games are working fine, EXCEPT BLOOD DLC. Please HELP

Have you tried clearing the download cache through the settings panel of the steam app? The app should reload and normally has a pre-req that will be downloaded.

The Lucas solution works but this is still very much an issue that needs fixing properly by CA.
