Tzeentch's Red line doesn't buff Chosen (and the buffs it gives to Warriors is miniscule)

As can be seen Tzeentch's red line doesn't buff Chosen. Additionally +10% Barrier for Warriors and Marauders amounts to +80 Barrier which is practically nothing. Having this be the only buff they get from that skill is very disappointing...
