Known IssueSkarsnik wrong barracks and garrisons

Skarsnik shouldn't have a T1 greenskins barracks building since there's nothing to recruit from there.

Skarsnik now has orcs in his garrisons, whereas in TWWH2 he has his own garrisons consisting of trolls and goblins. Losing out on the custom garrison is a nerf because he used to get fanatics in his garrisons.

Does this mean this is going to be rectified at any point? 'Been investigated' sounds like it's been looked at and resolved but this is still an issue.
Any information would be greatly appreciated.
