Large Dilemma leads to dilemma animation played on loop

This is for the recent 2.0 Immortal Empires release, which came with some database updates. This bug is related to the new `Is Large Dilemma` option introduced for the `dilemmas_tables`. Toggling it on plays the dilemma animation on loop, compared to when it was not a large dilemma in which case the animation played once to completion and transitioned to a static picture. The frequent replay is nauseating. Is this intended or a bug? If it's intentional, I would advice it to be changed so large dilemmas have the same animation behavior as small dilemmas.
