My game build is"v2.0.0 Build 15717.2658933".When I played Lord Skrolk from Clan Pestilens,My first enemy is Itza.I used to summon a Plague Priest from The Pestilent Scheme to get them down.But in TTWH3,nothing happend.I summoned a Plague Priest from The Pestilent Scheme and ordered him to spread plague to an enemy's city and nothing happened.Plz fix it,it is really a big bug for Skaven Players.

The under city plague works but gives the city plague stats to armies vs an army one.
