Waaagh-armies lowers movement

My Waaagh-Armies are crippling the campaign-movement of the armies they are attached to like followed:
- changing movement stances (from normal to stalk and back again or from forced march to normal and back again) the movement stucks with the lower one
- movement improvements from the army doesnt seem to apply at all
- sometimes ig get only about 50% of the movement from begin of the turn (i think my waaagh borrowed movement from the next turn like with landing armies)
Waaaghs are one of the biggest greenskin features - almos cripples the fun of this campaign.
