Norsca Hunt Quests can lock you out of completion

as an example for the frost wrym quest if you take the tower of khrakk with the raiding mission active the mission is aborted and you get locked out of any and all progression for the entire hunting mechanic for the rest of the campaign. the only apparent fix is to reload a previous save.
