Crash when fighting battles as or with Tzeentch

The game randomly locks up after like 30 seconds of being on the battle map. I still hear sound and can theoretically play, but the monitor only shows a freeze picture. So the game technically doesnt crash but yeah. Tried reloading graphics drivers, playing with the settings, fullscreen and windowed. Verifying steam files also didn't fix the problem.
Any ideas?
edit: i seem to have fixed it by turning on fxaa, and tweaking the settings even further down. was propably connected to my high gpu usage
