AMBUSH BUG is this fixed?

In Warhammer 2 is the Ambush bug in the Mortal Empires and this bug isn't fixed (see the links).

And last week was the release of the Immortal Empires in Warhammer 3.

The question is: is this Ambush bug fixed in the Immortal Empires from Warhammer 3?

So, C.A. has it fixed this bug with a "Flee" point.

That's also a good solution for this.

not the same bug, but on campaign map even if its at 100% ambush, ambush doesnt seem to work 5/5 attempts. also AI seem to see you and dispatch his troops accordingly on the map like i am not even in ambush stance.

If you have 100% chance to Ambush and someone has +30% chance to detect Ambushes the total will be 70% chance. You'll only see your chance to ambush but even at 100% chance you can still be detected and the ambush foiled.

Yep fixed, I have watched AI flee. and as player, much to Karl's shame I just had to have him and his remaining cav flee a beastman ambush.
