Crash on Lord/Hero Recruit Tab in Miao Ying's Campaign

in Crashes
As the title says. I am crashing on the Lord and Hero Recruit Tab in Miao Ying's Campaign.
The crash is produceable from my end. Ive enabled mods, disabled mods, verified files, enabled some mods, disabled some mods etc etc. Tried everything.
Everytime, those tabs cause me to crash. Don't know what's going on. Anyone else have the same issue?
