Imryk has MAJOR problems with influence and favor

I have been VERY careful not to use the rite which impacts his own faction. However, in multiple playthroughs it seems it is almost impossible to make any deals whatsoever with other high elves. In fact, it's so egregious that in multiplayer my friend was playing dwarves and had defensive alliances with two of them whereas I couldn't even get a non-aggression agreement with Teclis 300 favor with him!

Moreover, when he uses intrigue to sabotage relationships between two enemies, the trend shows that favor should be decreasing, but it never drops below zero over multiple turns of using the intrigue option.

Given how isolated Imryk is, this is a major drawback to a core faction ability and greatly hinders his gameplay.

Here's an example of how bad it is. Note the items I have circled. Please note that I do not have any confederation penalties (nobody will even consider it). The only negative to relations is "strategic threat" (a -10). Conversely, Wargrove of Woe is willing to offer me a military alliance with only an 84 relationship score.

Also, I want to add...when you smash 2x full Rictus and one full Crooked Moon armies and then two turns later have this (for those counting at home, that's five more hostile armies in my territory coming at me from three directions), can't counter with allied support, and can't catch anyone, it's pretty much game over. Imryk is in a tough area and while he's strong tactically, I can't fight a war on three fronts without being able to use diplomacy.

I'm the dwarf player in the multiplayer game he mentioned above. My relations with the other High Elf factions were half what his were and I was able to make multiple treaties with the High Elf races, whereas he was unable to make ANY treaties with them. Seemed very odd that they would treat with a Dwarf (albeit a higher strength rating) than another High Elf with higher relations.

Even more absurd. I'm even in the same area as Eataine and the endgame scenario is underway. With over 400 attitude, why in the world would they not confederate? A couple of turns later, I had over 500 attitude and they were even LESS likely to confederate (they dropped to -30 even though nothing had really changed).

Another bug with Imryk...again late game. Dragon sightings are cropping up, but when I challenge the dragon, nothing happens. No option to teleport, nothing. And I'm not in a special stance.
