Effects and blood on the ground flickers

THE ISSUE I ENCOUNTERED (DESCRIPTION)
Sometimes the effects after magic on the ground flicker with blood together. Most of all I notice it with nurgle magic. More on some maps, less on others. The screenshots don't show it that well.

I have the same issue. I notice it more with Ku'gath's slime trail and the lash of slaanesh spell.

It is a known problem.

Blood decals can't overlap with other decals (including the same blood ones) and start flicker when they overlap.

Hopefully it will get addressed.
