When in encampment stance, Imrik uses Empire General voice

This just happened to me. I'm playing on my 3'rd turn, and I was in encampment stance with Imrik. I tried right clicking to attack an enemy settlement, and the game fired the voice of an Empire General - I think it said "not a chance".

I did not try clicking again, I just went out of encampment stance to attack the settlement.
