Only half of problem was fixed in update 2.1.0 was fixed:
Ungrim Ironfist: The starting grudge against the Vampire Counts will now target the correct faction.
But starting relation with Zhufbar is still bad, and they bad only because in older version it was bugged with grudges. Ungrim though they are vampires.
