Multiplayer campaing doesn't work

Hi, a friend and I tried to start the campaign but it doesn't work, the game is not frozen or crashes in any way but it just stays there and we cannot start the campaign we can also unready but even if we try to ready up again it doesn't work. Also it doesn't show my name in the lobby or when i try to write in chat.

i have the same problem, no mods, and i've tryed to reinstall the game but still doesn't work, i've seen with this problem i can't read also my name up in the player slot. i have the game with epic but the accounts are liked, i've tryed also to change nikname in the total war account and also in the epic but still doesn't work.
