TWWH3 Looking to make ultimate artillery/war machine stack out of Empire and Dwarf units

Using allied recruitment, I really want to make stacks filled with only artillery and war machines. Using the dwarf and empire rosters, what is the best combination to achieve this??
Would preferably like to be Empire using Dwarf recruitment. Also open to other faction recruitment but want to stay relatively themey, so vampirates lose points. Thank you!

If you're playing Empire then the only thing you'd really take from Dwarfs is Organ Guns and they're not really different enough from Helblasters.

Befriend some Ogres and recruit some Ironblasters, that'll do the trick.

Given the extremely effective evasion of the AI in game 3, are you actually going to hit anything?

Agreed though, there isn't much point taking the dwarfs unless you want grudgethrowers and their giant ballista thingies.

I would go dwarf，and recruit hellstorm rockets from allied empire

If you wanted stone throwers you'd go for Blessed Field Trebuchets as well.

Ai only dodges arced artillery apparently. Straight shooting artillery like cannons, hellblasters etc they seem to ignore.
